A projekt célja tudatosítani a kistelepülésen élőkben azt, hogy minél inkább bele kell kapcsolódjanak Európa vérkeringésébe,mert csak ezáltal tudnak a kistelepülések fennmaradni és egy stabil és biztonságos jövőt kiépíteni. Az európai polgárság fogalmát kell tudatosítani a résztvevőkben, azokban is, akik úgy érzik, hogy távol van tőlük Európa. Másik célunk természetesen az, hogy ezt az alkalmat kihasználva a sajtó és a polgárok figyelmét felhívjuk mindarra a pozitív dologra, amit az Európai Unió a népeink számára nyújtott, emellett pedig különösen az, hogy hangsúlyozzuk az országaink civil társadalmát és annak szervezeteit foglalkoztató aggályokat. Nemcsak a meghozandó intézkedésekre szeretnénk rámutatni, hanem arra is, hogy a részvételi demokráciának milyen szerepet kell betöltenie ahhoz, hogy a polgárok újra bízzanak az Unióban, illetve az őket szolgáló nemzeti és európai szintű intézményekben. A találkozó során összességében három szempontot vizsgálunk: a társadalmi és a gazdasági dimenziót, valamint a bevándorlási és integrációs politikákat.

A program eseményére Gyergyóalfaluban kerül sor és 4 napot foglal magába és úgy van felépítve, hogy változatos és tartalmas programot nyújtson: konferenciák, kerekasztal beszélgetések, viták, előadások, tanulmányi látogatások és kultúrális programok. A gyergyóalfalvi eseményeken részt vesz Vincze Lóránt Európa parlamenti képviselő is, aki előadásokat tart és bemutatja az EU intézményrendszerét. A programok lebonyolítása szakemberek bevonásával történnek. Az időpontja 2023. szeptember 28-október 1.
2023.09.28: Kerekasztal beszélgetés
Vendégek érkezése és elszállásolása.
Közös vacsora és ismerkedés.
A résztvevők megismerkednek egymással és átbeszélik a következő napok programjait.
A Kulturális és történelmi kerekasztal mint nyitóesemény a települések egymás tükörképének bemutatását segíti elő, a hasonlóságok, a „testvériség”, a közös kulturális és történelmi örökség bemutatását, valamint a települések jövőbeni elképzeléseit, terveit.
2023.09.29: Találkozó, Konferencia, Kerekasztal beszélgetés, Vita, Tapasztalatcsere, Látogatás
Közös jövő a Brexit utáni Európában! - a partnerek előadásai. Együttműködési szándéknyilatkozat aláírása. Konkrét gazdasági lépések, együttműködés - a partnerek képviselete, a lakosság, a helyi/térségi döntéshozók részvételével vitafórum. Közös együttműködés, közös pályázatok. Antal Lóránd szenátor előadása - Románia a Brexit után.
A parajdi sóbánya meglátogatása - turizmus és gazdasági fejlődés.
A részvételi demokrácia erősítésével az euroszkepticizmus okainak feltárása az ifjúság körében.
Pályázati lehetőségek feltérképezése.
A minél több korosztály bekapcsolódása nagyban megkönnyítené alapvető célkitűzéseink teljesülését - a tapasztalatcserére alapozott közös jövőépítést, az önkéntesség és az innovatív megoldások erősítését. A rendezvénysorozat helyszínei akadálymentesítettek, mindenki számára elérhető lehet, segítők, önkéntesek is segítik a helyszínekre való eljutást.
2023.09.30: Előadás, Konferencia, Kerekasztal beszélgetés, Bemutató standok, Kézműves foglalkozás, Helyi kulturális értékeink, Hagyományos táncház
Az önkéntesség - fiatalok részvétele a döntéshozásban, a közösség építésében. Beruházási lehetőségek, innovatív energiaforrások. Turisztikai potenciál kihasználása.
Európai, helyi kultúra: kórusok, fúvószenekarok, néptánccsoportok előadása.
A települések saját standdal jelennek meg, a község központjában lesznek felállítva, ez által közvetlenül elérik az embereket - nemcsak a találkozó résztvevői szereznek tudomást a projektről
A résztvevők közösen gondolkodnak arról, hogy milyen közös együttműködési, beruházási lehetőségek vannak.
Az önkéntesség népszerűsítése. A kultúrák, partnerek közti hasonlóságok és különbözőségek megismerése - foglalkozások, szórólapok, népviselet, ételek segítségével. A fiatalok bevonása az európai uniós folyamatokba. A rendezvénysorozat helyszínei akadálymentesítettek, így bárki hozzáférhet, ezzel is segítve azt, hogy mindenki számára elérhető lehet
2023.09.01: Kiértékelő, Eredmények összegzése
Találkozó kiértékelése, eredmények összegzése.
Az együttműködés további lépései - folytatás.
A szolidaritás, az euroszkepticizmus és a demokráciaépítés kérdésére adott közös válaszok áttekintése.
Vendégek távozása.
A találkozó folyamán szerzett tapasztalatok kiértékelése és összegzése, melynek segítségével elkészül az összegző füzet és a DVD. A hosszú távú együttműködés módozatainak átbeszélése. Többrétű partnerségi kapcsolatok kialakítása. A találkozó eredményeinek, következtetéseinek széles körű terjesztése mindenik településen.
A közös agrárpolitika céljai
Az EU által 1962-ben létrehozott közös agrárpolitika (KAP) partneri viszonyt teremt a mezőgazdaság és a társadalom között, valamint Európa és az uniós gazdálkodók között. Arra irányul, hogy:
-
támogassa az agrártermelőket és javítsa a mezőgazdaság termelékenységét, és ezáltal biztosítsa, hogy a fogyasztók folyamatosan és megfizethető áron hozzájussanak a szükséges élelmiszerekhez;
-
tisztességes megélhetést biztosítson az uniós gazdáknak;
-
segítse az éghajlatváltozás elleni küzdelmet és a fenntartható erőforrás-gazdálkodást;
-
EU-szerte elősegítse a vidéki területek és tájak megőrzését;
-
életben tartsa a vidéki térségek gazdaságát azáltal, hogy ösztönzi a munkahelyteremtést a mezőgazdaságban, az agrár-élelmiszeriparban és a kapcsolódó ágazatokban.
A KAP az összes uniós tagország közös szakpolitikája. Irányítása és finanszírozása uniós szinten, uniós költségvetési források felhasználásával történik.
A KAP a 2023–27-es időszakban
Annak érdekében, hogy az európai mezőgazdaság jövőjét biztosítsa, a KAP az évek során továbbfejlődött, igazodva a változó gazdasági viszonyokhoz, valamint a polgárok elvárásaihoz és szükségleteihez.
A 2023–27-es időszakra szóló közös agrárpolitika 2023. január 1-jén lépett hatályba. A 27 uniós országban a mezőgazdasági termelőknek és a vidéki érdekelt feleknek nyújtott támogatás a 2023–27-es időszakra szóló KAP jogi keretrendszerén és a Bizottság által jóváhagyott KAP stratégiai tervekben részletesen ismertetett döntéseken alapul. A jóváhagyott terveket a tagállamok úgy dolgozták ki, hogy azok nagymértékben hozzájáruljanak az európai zöld megállapodásban, „a termelőtől a fogyasztóig” stratégiában és a biodiverzitási stratégiában felvázolt törekvések megvalósításához.
Vincze Lóránt: az uniós támogatás jó irányban változott, és nagy segítséget jelent a kistermelőknek és családi vállalkozásoknak egyaránt. Az Európai Unió komoly hatékonysági kötelezettséget ró a tagállamokra, így Romániára is. Részletesen be kell számolni arról, hogyan költötték el ezeket az uniós pénzeket. A cél az, hogy az uniós támogatások felhasználásával jobb minőségű és versenyképesebb árut állítsanak elő. Brüsszel célja, hogy az EU területén megtermelt mezőgazdasági és élelmiszeripari termékekkel lássák el minél nagyobb mértékben az európai közös piacot. Ha csökken a tagállamokban megtermelt élelmiszermennyiség, azt harmadik országokból kell importálni. A tapasztalat az, hogy az importélelmiszereknek rosszabb a minősége, előállításukat pedig nem ellenőrzik európai uniós hatékonysággal. Az Európai Unió tehát saját piacait védi, amikor minél nagyobb mértékben támogatja a gazdáit.

Provide a short description of the event and its activities.
Együtt Európában! Together in Europe! The aim of the project was that the participant
countries should think about those measures that should be taken in order to create
a stable and secure future for their settlements considering the direction Europe
heads on. During these days, citizens - local and invited also, had the chance to
meet, make new friendships and share their opinion and concerns about the
changing Europe, to speek about the new opportunites. The activities of our project
was developed in such manner, that they comply at the same time with the Program's
objectives, and with the direct and indirect participant's needs for information. In order
to have more reliable transfer of information, the main working method was the
presentation and the subsequent discussion and debate.
THE EVENT WAS HOLD AT 27 SEPTEMBER – 01 OCTOBER 2023, COMUNA
JOSENI: WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF 230 INTERNATIONAL GUESTS,
INDIRECT PARTICIPANTS WAS AROUND 10000.

27.09.2023: Arrival and accommodation of guests.
28.09.2023: Round table discussion
Dinner together and getting to know each other.The participants get to know each
other and discuss the programs of the following days. As an opening event, the
Cultural and Historical Round Table facilitates the presentation of the reflections of
the settlements on each other, the presentation of similarities, "brotherhood", the
common cultural and historical heritage, as well as the future ideas and plans of the
settlements.

A common future in post-Brexit Europe! - presentations by partners. Signing a letter
of intent for cooperation. Concrete economic steps, cooperation - representation of
partners, discussion forum with the participation of the population and local/regional
decision-makers. Joint cooperation, joint tenders. Presentation by Vicze Lorant,
European parlament - Romania after Brexit. Visiting the arounding of Joseni- tourism
and economic development. Exploring the causes of Euroscepticism among young
people by strengthening participatory democracy. Mapping tender opportunities. The

involvement of as many age groups as possible would greatly facilitate the fulfillment
of our basic objectives - building a common future based on the exchange of
experiences, strengthening volunteerism and innovative solutions. The locations of
the event series are barrier-free and accessible to everyone, helpers and volunteers
will help you get to the locations.
30.09.2020: Lecture, Conference, Round table discussion, Exhibition stands, Crafts,

Volunteering - young people's participation in decision-making and community
building. Investment opportunities, innovative energy sources. Utilization of tourist
potential. European, local culture: performance by choirs, brass bands, folk dance
groups. The settlements will appear with their own stand, they will be set up in the
center of the village, thereby directly reaching the people - not only the participants
of the meeting information about the project The participants think together about
what joint cooperation and investment opportunities there are. Promotion of
volunteering. Getting to know the similarities and differences between cultures and
partners - with the help of activities, leaflets, folk costumes, food. Involvement of
young people in European Union processes. The locations of the event series are
barrier-free, so anyone can access them, thereby helping to make them accessible
to everyone
01.10.2023: Evaluator, Summary of results
Evaluation of the meeting, summary of results. Further steps of cooperation -
continued. An overview of joint responses to the question of solidarity,
Euroscepticism and democracy building. Departure of guests.
This event is a big, international, but regional program too, so it will have positive
influence to the citizens, activates them to the common activity, they consider the
possibilities of cooperation with create a non-profit organizations, forming alliances,
engaging in cross-border programs. Citizens of EU countries will accept european
ideas and cooperation during the events, wich would have direct impact to the
populatiry of EU, and faster accepting of EU policy.
Dissemination:
A Facebook page was created, where the most important information was included
about the event, pictures, videos. We put a lot of emphasis on social media, as this
channel is the best way to reach young people. With the help of pliants and press
news the entire region wase informed about the events of the project, thereby better
promoting the goals of the project.
During the event, reports will continuously appear on the event's social media page.
After the end of the project, a small summary booklet with pictures of the program
and events was prepared, which the partner countries will also receive from the
village mayor's office. This booklet will also contain a brief description of the program.
We will also send the finished booklet to the media. The activities was also be
promoted with the help of the Facebook page, and at the same time, this provides a
contact interface for partners and other interested parties even after the end of the
project. The summary booklet prepared at the end of the project was sent to those
who were unable to participate in the event, informing them of what was said and the
conclusions drawn, and at the same time it was sent to the partner settlements so
that they too can promote the CERV program. The cultural and gastronomic events
organized in the framework of the project draw the attention of those who would
otherwise not get involved to the project, so they could get to know the CERV
program.

Within the event this most important concrete results was achieved:
- Mutual motivation - Presentation of the activities of each organization, which is
closely related to specific topics,
- Lecture involving the citizens of partner communities about active European
citizenship, active civic participation in local democracy
- Film screening and discussion about mutual motivation in terms of future
cooperation,
- Intellectual competition between teams of villages,
- Workshop
- Presentation of partner organizations,
- Productions of amateur art groups, folk groups and soloists from invited delegations,
The points listed in the program will bring tangible results in many ways:
- New relationship are formed between local governments, NGOs, entrepreneurs,
and especially between citizens and families.
- Sport and intellectual competition, cultural programs will encourage especially the
young generation for develop relationship.
- Recognize the possibilities in EU for benefit to the communities and regions on
future.
- Professional experience from interactive communication and workshop, using this
experiences will help the professional development of
each partners.
Evaluation and summarization of the experiences gained during the meeting, with
the help of which the summary booklet and the DVD will be prepared. Discussing
ways of long-term cooperation. Establishing multiple partnership relationships. Wide
dissemination of the results and conclusions of the meeting in all settlements. As a
result of the project, the partner towns can build a long-term and multifaceted
partnership relationship. The cooperation contract signed by the participating
settlements will state that everyone will try to apply the results of the project in their
own settlement, promote it and report the consequences and lessons learned to the
partners from time to time.
